Refund policy
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges as every item is made to order. Once a purchase is made it is then sent to our facility to get fulfilled. If you made a purchase by mistake there is no guarantee it can be stopped nor be refunded.
Please double check that all your information is correct and have the correct size before ordering. You can always contact us with any questions before ordering at blissinspire@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 3 weeks after delivery date if it appears to be defective, damaged or received the incorrect size or product. We'll need your order number and photos, please email us at blissinspire@outlook.com so we can make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the appropriate postal service to assist with lost packages.
