This Privacy Policy document sets for the privacy policy of Bliss Inspire LLC (“Bliss Inspire”) and governs data collection and usage for the www.blissinspire.com website (the “Website”), which is an e-commerce site for the sale of certain goods by Bliss Inspire. XVIII. Miscellaneous
- Choice of Law. The terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. The Courts of the State of Arizona, or if applicable, the Federal District of Arizona, shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in any case or controversy arising under this Privacy Policy or by reason of this Privacy Policy; by using this Website, you hereby expressly and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of these Courts. - Severability.
